- To further and promote BSD unix.
- To provide a local social avenue for the BSD community:
- monthly dinners.
- mailing list.
- instant messaging.
- To provide a resource for local BSD users:
- support via mailing list.
- vicfug generated CDs and software.
- information on the web site.
- Not to hinder the parent BSD projects in any way.
- To financially operate in such a way that we will cover costs and raise funds for VicFUG activities and events only.
- To have all activities fit in with the members and organisers busy schedules.
